The condo can sleep 8 adults. There are 3 beds and one futon. There is enough floor space in the Living Room to add up to 2 single air mattresses.

We also recommend you bring your own pillows, to suit your personal comfort, although 8 pillow's are provided. 

Depedning on how many persons will be staying you will need:

Bedroom #1-King size set of linen.

Bedroom #2-Bed 1- Full size set of linen.

                        Bed 2-Can be set up as a twin requiring 1 twin set of linens.

                        Bed 2- Converts a King size bed using 2 Twin size sets of linen or 1 king size set of linens.

Living room- Full futon bed.

There are bedspreads on the bedroom beds and 2 spare comforters.

It is recommended that your bring your own blankets in the colder months.

Yes.

Bedroom #1 has 2 small dressers (one with a mirror) and a double closet.

Bedroom # 2has2 small dressers (each with a mirror) and guest have access to half of the wal to wall closet.

There is a coat closet in the lving room and linen closet in the hall for guest use.

There is a small closet for cleaning products.

The living room closet is for storage of board games, a card table and chairs only.

Guest are welcome to use all of the kitchen items with the exception of food and condiments. 

If however you find you need a condiment please feel free to use it and replace it before you leave.

Dishes, silverware, glasses pots and pans are available.

There is a toaster, blender, 8 cup coffee maker, a small convection oven and a microwave.

There is also storage in the pantry for stocking you food for the week.

No. You will need to purchase any cleaning products that you use.

There will be dish detergent and brillo pads for dishes.

Cleaning products (including products to clean the bathroom) can be purchased at the grocery store located one block from the condo.

Yes. You will need bath towels, wash cloths and your beach towels.

There is a linen closet to store your clean towels, etc.

There are hooks on the back of each bedroom door to hang your beach towels as towels may not be hung over chairs outside the condo.

Please do not hang towels over the dinning room chairs as this will warp the wood.

Please do not hang towels on the shower rod.

A drying rack can be found in the LR coat closet. Please place the rack in the bathtub to hang wet bathing suits.

Please do not hand wet towels or bathing suits on the towel rack in the bathroom or the over the shower rod.

There is a dryer in the laundry room located on the second floor above our unit.

Yes. There is parking for 1 car in space #1. Please do not use any other space.

Yes, there is a coin operated washer and dryer on the second floor just above our unit.

Yes, there is a bike rack in the courtyard area, but you will need your own lock.
