Thank you for visiting our website. We will be updating with more pictures as the weather gets nicer, so please stop back anytime. If you think you might be interested in spending some time at the shore this year, please contact us to check on the availability of the condo

Because we want to be sure that everyone has the oppurtunity to visit, we have restricted the rental of the condo to family and close friends. Hopefully you will agree that the rates we have set are reasonable and far below the rates for even the smallest hotel/motel rooms in the area. 

Having rented condo's for ourselves before, we understand that one of the biggest deterants is either electing to to clean before your leave, or having to pay a cleaning fee, even before you visit. So, we will be providing you with information, in your WELCOME PACKET, for outside cleaning services, if you elect not to self clean. You can make a decision to self clean or call for housekeeping, at the end of your stay, before you leave. (Exception: If you are renting the condo for a 5 or more day's we wil require that the unit be cleaned by a professional service so we can assure that the next visitor will be pleased when they arrive). 

And, because we know you will  care for our condo, as if it were your own, we will not ask for a hefty security deposit. We will however ask that, in the event that something is broken during your visit, you agree to pay for repairs or replacement. 

We do not require any specific arrival and departure times because we are not sure when someone will be staying at the condo. We will however try to accommadate your schedule so you enjoy your visit as long as possible.

Finally, because WE DO need to adhere to Condo Association rules, we will be including those rules in your WELCOME PACKET.

You will pass a Pathmark (the largest grocery store on the island) and a "true" Dollar Store, after you exit the Atlantic City expressway onto West End/Wellington Ave. The strip mall is on your left, the bay is on your right. 

The best beer and liquor store prices can be found here at The Roger Wilco Discount Liquor Store. This is about 1.5 miles before your reach the condo.

AND, YOUR WILL FIND MANY BAGEL SHOPS- LIQUOR STORES AND OTHER STORES ON VENTNOR AVENUE, 1 BLOCK FROM THE CONDO.
